This is a personalised course which approaches birth from a natural perspective, combining ancient wisdom with evidence-based knowledge.
We birth with body, mind, heart, and spirit. During the 8-week course we will be addressing all 4 of these levels and becoming aware of their interconnection.
We are not here to teach you tips and trick, instead we create opportunity for you to find out what works for you personally. With your dedication to practice these chosen tools, you create a strong foundation for birth and motherhood.
8 Week Course with a 2-hour class per week Recommended for expectant couples between week 20 and 35 of pregnancy. Maximum of 7 couples for the course duration.
